the gum thing isn’t true. it will actually make you hungrier b.c it is tricking your stomach into thinking food is coming as you chew.
*Cravings not “hunger”. With all the flavors of gum they have these days, I’m sure if you’re craving something unhealthy a stick of gum with a similar flavor can put that craving off :D
